Newly refurbished holiday apartments in the centre of Edinburgh. They are fully equipped with everything you should need for a relaxing and fun break. The location could not be better right in the west end just a 10-15 minute walk to Princes street and all the shops restaurants and nightlife. They are just a 5 minute walk from Haymarket train station. The apartments are 2 to 3 stars they are not luxurious at all but they are clean warm and comfortable.One of the huge attractions of the apartments is the on site swimming pool sauna and small gym which is free and for the exclusive use of residents. This is a perfect way to relax after a hard days shopping or sight seeing or the morning after a good night out! Another great attraction is the very secure private parking which can be pre-booked for a small fee. All linen and towels is provided if requested for a small charge of £4.00pp or you can bring your own. Also we are happy to stock the fridge for you if you let us know what you would like although there are numerous supermarkets a 2 minute walk away. The apartments are clean warm secure and comfortable. They are suitable for groups of friends or families or business people who want a home from home whilst working in the city.There is a minimum 3 night stay all peak periods like bank holidays Easter New year etc. Full balance payable on booking and a £250 or 50% security deposit is authorised against guests card in case of damage etc. 2.5% surcharge for credit cards no charge for debit type cards. Please note that keys need to be collected from our main office at 14 Granville Terrace just 1 mile away by road or a 5 minute walk away if on foot. The walk is a lot quicker than the drive through a very convenient short cut. Please come for the keys before heading to the apartment. We do send out a full confirmation email once your booking has been processed to explain all this and we provide a google map etc to show you exactly where to come and exactly where your apartment is located.
